No website, booking system, payment system or digital communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By using online booking, payment or communication services, you acknowledge that some risk is inherent in digital systems.
If we become aware of a security compromise involving personal information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter, limit possible harm, and comply with our obligations under POPIA.
Where a security compromise occurs within a third-party service provider’s system, we rely on that provider to notify us where required by law or by its applicable terms. Once we become aware of such a compromise, we will assess the matter and take the steps required of us under POPIA, which may include notifying the Information Regulator and affected data subjects where legally required.
